You can sort claims with up to three filters per search using the Sort drop-down menu in the upper right corner of the screen. Selecting one filter automatically opens the next Sort filter.

The purpose of the communication and attachments is to provide additional guidance on which Appendix K waiver flexibilities have been added to the approved intellectual disability/autism waivers (ID/A) (Consolidated, Community Living and P/FDS Waivers) and the Adult Autism Waiver (AAW), as well as which Appendix K flexibilities will be ending November 11, 2023.

This communication provides guidance about implementing Fee Schedule Rates and procedure codes for Community Participation Support/Day Habilitation teleservices in the Consolidated, Community Living, P/FDS and Adult Autism waivers that become effective November 11, 2023 when Appendix K flexibilities end.
ODPANN 23-093: Webinar Opportunity: Community Participation Support (CPS) Waiver Amendment Changes in the Intellectual Disability/Autism (ID/A) Waivers
The Office of Developmental Programs’ (ODP) Consolidated, Community Living, and Person/Family Directed Support (P/FDS) waivers were approved by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) with an effective date of November 1, 2023. Included in the approved waivers were several changes to the CPS service. ODP will be hosting an upcoming webinar to provide detailed guidance for changes to the CPS service.
