You can now access a payer's phone number directly from any claim screen in MillinPro. To view a phone number, open the claim, then click View Claim to see the phone number.
If you do not see a certain payer's phone number, call Support at (516) 374-4530 ext. 1 to have it added to the payer's profile in your agency's database.
