You can now access a payer's phone number directly from any claim screen in MillinPro. To view a phone number, open the claim, then click View Claim to see the phone number.
If you do not see a certain payer's phone number, call Support at (516) 374-4530 ext. 1 to have it added to the payer's profile in your agency's database.

Reminder for HCS and TxHmL Providers Entering IPC Revisions to Add Individual Skills and Socialization
This notice is a reminder for Home and Community-based Services (HCS) and Texas Home Living (TxHmL) program providers and local intellectual and developmental disability authorities (LIDDAs), who are submitting an Individual Plan of Care (IPC) revision to add Individualized Skills and Socialization (ISS) on the IPC plan year.
Texas Health and Human Services Commission Provider Finance Department Crosswalk Units of Service (Step 5.b.) and the associated bill codes.
For the 2023 HCS AR and 2024 HCS AR, the reporting time frame should be between 08/01/2022 - 05/01/2023 and 01/01/2022 - 12/31/2023, respectively. Therefore, the crosswalk below (see attachment) has all bill codes in effect during the reporting period.
