You can now access a payer's phone number directly from any claim screen in MillinPro. To view a phone number, open the claim, then click View Claim to see the phone number.
If you do not see a certain payer's phone number, call Support at (516) 374-4530 ext. 1 to have it added to the payer's profile in your agency's database.

Dec 27, 2023: FY2024 Wage Increase for Direct Support Professionals and Supervisors
Consistent with previous years, the aforementioned increases will occur via upward adjustments to fee-for-service program budgets, and to fee-for-service reimbursement rates for the following services: Career Planning, Community Based Supports, Community Inclusion Services, Day Habilitation, Individual Supports, Prevocational Training (Individual and Group), Respite, and Supported Employment (Individual and Group).
