he Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) and the Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (OMHSAS) in collaboration with Mercer Government Human Services Consulting have released an initial report on the Behavioral Health Telehealth Services for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities and/or Autism Project.

In order to ensure that AWC FMS services are available statewide, ODP requires that each AE have at least one qualified AWC FMS organization to provide AWC FMS. The table at the end of this document provides a complete listing of the AWC FMS organizations and the area in which they provide services across the state.
Open for Public Comment: Proposed Office of Developmental Programs’ (ODP) Waiver Amendments and Rates for Select Services in Fiscal Year (FY) 2023-2024
ODP is pleased to announce the opportunity for public comment on proposed changes to the Consolidated, P/FDS, Community Living, and the Adult Autism Waivers. These proposed changes are scheduled to take effect November 1, 2023. ODP is also making available for public review and comment the rate setting methodology and fee schedule rates for select services in the waivers that are scheduled to take effect January 1, 2024.
